Darcy and I make Pozole in Chicago

These are the ingredients for Pozole cubed pork, diced onion, diced tomatoes, hominy and dried red chili peppers.

  2. Well I used 1/2 a pork shoulder, one diced onion, one can tomatoes and two cans hominy would be right. About four large red chiles and a dutch oven full of water. Simmer for two to three hours.
